ORDERING TERMS and CONDITIONS

Delivery time

Orders are delivered through postal service. Delivery time is generally 15 workdays after we have received your payment.

If the product you ordered has gone out of stock or it's delivery will be delayed, we will inform you and give you new delivery time. If you wish not to wait you can cancel the order.

Shipping costs

Our prices IS include shipping and packaging fees.

Payment methods

Payment can be done securely via PayPal (payment email is order@deathkvlt.com). You will get the payment details in your order confirmation. No other payment methods are available for now.

Contact, claims, product returns etc.

If the product you received is not what you ordered, is defective or damaged by the carrier, contact us within 10 days from the delivery. Products have 30 days money back quarantee. The returning product must be unused.

NOTE! Before you return the product, contact us to get the proper return instructions. We will not accept any returns by other methods.
